Aurum Project

The Aurum Project is an independently run, non - profit organization which is dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of children through homeopathic medicine. We are the first natural medicine charity in Australia to have been registered as a deductible gift recipient, meaning that donations over $2 are tax deductible. The Aurum Project was developed in response to an increased awareness of the need to provide both the Homeopathic community and the public with practical, specific information about the use of Homeopathy in clinical situations.

Our organization sees value in dedicating resources towards researching real life clinical applications and because of this we have received much positive feedback. This feedback also indicates that the general public and corporations are happy to donate their money to a natural therapies charity when they are already consumers of natural therapies.

Use of donated funds

All donations are used to support the Aurum Project's research programme including employment of the research co-ordinator and administrative costs. Ongoing costs of administration have been minimal because the programme has enjoyed the help of volunteers since its inception.

Aims

Our aim is to conduct homeopathic research into the treatment and prevention of childhood behavioural problems and to distribute our findings to other professionals and the general public. Behavioural problem is a broad description which may include: the restless behaviour of the teething and colic ridden infant; the clingy behaviour of the child with an ear ache; the
sleeping problems of the child with eczema; the anger and acne of the teenager; and the diagnostic labels of ADHD, LD and Autism.

We aim to promote homeopathy to the public through education about childrens health, natural fever management, natural treatment of teething and earaches and to promote better communication between the practitioners of the medical community and the homeopathic community.

We are aiming to replicate contemporary homeopathic research around the world which shows that the gentle methods of homeopathy are an effective way of treating troubled children.

Sponsor - $500 allows a mention of your business name and logo on our website with a link to your website
